The Challenge
GlamGlow grew quickly as an edgy competitor in beauty products, but their website couldn’t match the over-the-top level to which their customers were creating and sharing user-generated-content.
We led a project to help them understand how their digital branding, ux/ui, and social channels might better acknowledge and engage their very excited fans.
